Ordering & Shipping

How do I place an order?

To place an order, simply browse our products, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Follow the prompts to enter your shipping and payment information to complete your purchase.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Apple Pay, Diners Club, Discover, Google Pay, Mastercard, Visa, Venmo, Shop Pay, and American Express.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Shipping times vary depending on your location and the items ordered. Typically, orders are processed within 1-3 business days, and shipping times range from 3-7 business days within the United States.

Do you offer international shipping?

No, we don’t offer shipping outside the United States. Shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

Returns & Exchanges

What is your refund policy?

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll gladly offer you a store credit or exchange of any approved merchandise within 30 days from receipt of your order. For in-store pickup orders, we will gladly issue a store credit or exchange for the value of any approved merchandise within 30 days from notification that your order is in store and ready for pickup. After this 30 day period, the items become final sale. Items must be in new condition. No price adjustments for previously purchased items. Abode has the right to refuse an item being returned if deemed conditions have not been met.

What is your return policy?

If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact info@abodehomedesign.com within 7 days to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 7 days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage / defect with your email. We are not responsible for damages to merchandise caused by improper care or handling.

The return total will be credited as a store credit, less the cost of shipping and return shipping. Please allow up to 14 business days for Abode to receive and process your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Abode is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.

How do I initiate a return or exchange?

To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team at info@abodehomedesign.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with instructions on how to return the item(s).

Are there any restocking fees?

We do not charge restocking fees for returns or exchanges. However, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged upon arrival.
