We are open Monday to Saturday from 10 am to 5 pm, with hours possibly varying depending on the season.

No, we don’t offer shipping outside the United States. Shipping rates and delivery times may vary depending on the destination.

If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, we’ll gladly offer you a store credit or exchange of any approved merchandise within 30 days from receipt of your order. For in-store pickup orders, we will gladly issue a store credit or exchange for the value of any approved merchandise within 30 days from notification that your order is in store and ready for pickup. After this 30 day period, the items become final sale. Items must be in new condition. No price adjustments for previously purchased items. Abode has the right to refuse an item being returned if deemed conditions have not been met.

If you have received an item with any problems or defects, please contact info@abodehomedesign.com within 7 days to inform us of the issue. If we are not notified within 7 days of receiving the item, it will no longer qualify for a return or replacement. You must include a photo of the damage / defect with your email. We are not responsible for damages to merchandise caused by improper care or handling.The return total will be credited as a store credit, less the cost of shipping and return shipping. Please allow up to 14 business days for Abode to receive and process your return. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Abode is not responsible for packages lost or stolen in transit.
